What you will do

• Manage the accurate input, approval, and processing of payments according to established procedures.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies promptly by liaising with clients, investment managers, and vendors.
• Coordinate with internal Treasury, Banking, and Client Operations teams to ensure all deliverables are met.
• Act as a team escalation point and deputize for the Manager regarding work allocation.
• Represent the local team on global projects and lead specific project workstreams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and security of payments.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of the fund administration industry.
• Strong understanding of global payment processes and familiarity with online banking platforms.
• Must be located in or able to work in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Swift Payment processing, including formatting and field definitions.
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements.
