What you will do

• Lead company-wide AI agent strategy, roadmap, and deployment using Claude and team tools.
• Partner cross-functionally to automate manual workflows into intelligent agent pipelines.
• Design prompt logic and architecture for simple and complex multi-agent systems with performance tracking.
• Drive internal adoption through hackathons, onboarding, and dogfooding with success metrics.
• Measure ROI via cycle time reduction, error rates, cost avoidance, and productivity gains.
• Implement AI governance, risk management, and strategic intelligence on trends and tools.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Claude/Anthropic, LLM frameworks, and tool evaluation.
• Proven expertise shipping business-critical workflows with Make, n8n, Zapier or similar.
• Strong skills in REST APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace.
• Ability to design multi-agent systems and identify high-leverage automations.
• Solid governance mindset for data handling, privacy, security, and compliance.
• ROI-driven approach measuring tangible business outcomes.
• Fintech experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
• Clear communication and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
