TL;DR

.NET Developer (C# Backend): Develop, maintain, and enhance business-critical applications for transportation and asset leasing industry with an accent on backend services, REST APIs, data integrations, and operational systems. Focus on analyzing requirements, building scalable solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Location: Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

What you will do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance C# .NET applications and business logic.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs, backend services, and data flows.
  • Work with relational databases, data models, and application integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, testers, and developers on requirements and solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimizations.
  • Support system modernization and mentor juniors based on seniority.

Requirements

  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
  • 2–8 years of commercial software development experience
  • Good knowledge of C# and .NET
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core, backend development, and REST API design
  • Practical knowledge of relational databases (preferably MS SQL Server) and Entity Framework/Core
  • Understanding of OOP, clean code, and software design principles
  • Experience with Git and standard workflows
  • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)

Nice to have

  • Experience applying GenAI in SDLC with structured workflows or tool integrations
  • Interest in emerging AI-driven practices like agent-based workflows and automation
