What you will do

• Define and standardize maintenance processes across all markets, scaling best practices globally.
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure maintenance performance and create structured improvement plans.
• Act as the Product Owner for the maintenance section of the Charger app, collaborating with the product team on feature development.
• Conduct internal maintenance audits and field visits to assess compliance and support local teams.
• Ensure all workshops comply with safety guidelines, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Bridge communication between local maintenance teams and central vehicle development teams to channel field insights.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in operations management within a field-heavy, multi-market distributed network.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to translate operational data into clear action plans.
• Strong process thinking skills for documenting and standardizing global workflows.
• Ability to lead through influence across different cultures and organizational levels.
• Product thinking skills to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia
