What you will do

• Lead and develop a global cross-functional category team to drive performance.
• Define and execute global category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market and technology analysis to identify innovation and competitive advantages.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, including selection, assessment, and risk management.
• Oversee commercial and contractual activities, including contract compliance and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support category forecasting and planning to ensure long-term operational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in indirect procurement and category management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong international procurement background with expertise in ERP systems, RFQ/RFP processes, and spend analysis.
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic relationship building.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Availability to travel internationally up to 25%.
