What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable microservices processing large volumes of real-time requests.
• Design new features ensuring high-performance, secure implementations.
• Mentor junior engineers and quality assurance team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and DevOps teams to deploy and scale solutions in AWS.
• Drive architectural improvements for high-performance, fault-tolerant systems.
• Influence technical direction, best practices, and microservices architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Java, Python, or Golang (Golang preferred).
• Experience with AWS (EKS, Aurora, Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and cloud deployments.
• Containerisation and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Strong software architecture for scaling microservices.
• Security best practices: cryptography, PKI, secure design.
• Automated testing (unit, integration, performance); Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
