What you will do

• Lead the planning, architecture, coordination, and delivery of professional services engagements.
• Deliver implementation and consulting services aligned with hirify.global solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles, including scheduling and stakeholder communication.
• Support solution design, assessment, and implementation effort estimation.
• Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and optimize customer environments.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and hirify.global Support.

Requirements

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global solutions or other backup/data protection technologies.
• Understanding of storage architectures (NetApp, Dell, HPE) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in technical consulting, implementation, or project delivery.
• Business-level Japanese and conversational English proficiency.
• Must be based in Tokyo.

• Relevant certifications such as VMware or Microsoft.
