What you will do

• Design and implement systematic options strategies from initial idea through backtesting to production.
• Develop and maintain live trading systems with real capital at risk.
• Analyze large-scale market data to identify inefficiencies and new signals.
• Optimize execution, latency, and robustness of existing trading strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of strategies, including research, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Iterate on risk management models and portfolio construction.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in quantitative development or algorithmic trading.
• Proficiency in Python, including the math and statistics ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and numerical methods.
• Experience with backtesting, data pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end.
• Genuine interest in building real trading systems and market dynamics.
