What you will do

• Design and execute detailed test plans derived from game design documents and in-game prototyping.
• Perform smoke tests, sanity checks, and full system regression testing across Android, iOS, and web.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet release deadlines.
• Provide structured QA feedback on usability, compatibility, and accessibility to optimize the player experience.
• Apply black-box testing and leverage AI tools like Claude to drive innovation in the production pipeline.
• Collaborate with the QA Lead, Release Manager, and game designers to ensure feature testability.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software or games QA.
• Solid understanding of the bug life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Fluency in English for communicating complex technical issues.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Hamburg or Malta with a valid work permit.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve process efficiency.
