Location: Hybrid in Hong Kong (approximately 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale Martech projects involving Analytics, BI, and Data Science.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Provide expert technical consultation and develop strategic proposals to solve complex business challenges.
• Support the new business pitch process by shaping data and technology offerings.
• Develop innovative solutions for marketing effectiveness, including server-side tracking, MMM, and incrementality analysis.
• Refine internal operational processes to increase efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data-centric roles (data analytics, martech, or data science).
• At least 3 years of experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, data warehousing (BigQuery, AWS), and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Nice to have

• Experience with first-party data utilization, A/B testing, and audience activation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Previous experience in a leading media agency or consulting firm.
