Location: On-site in Songpa-gu (Seoul) and Gwangsan-gu (Gwangju), South Korea

What you will do
- Provide on-site service for production tester systems at customer sites.
- Execute new system installations and perform technical upgrades.
- Analyze and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems.
- Report technical activities and findings to the US headquarters and local teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and customers to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of field service experience with semiconductor or test equipment.
- University or college degree in electronics, electric, or mechanical engineering.
- Fluent English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Willingness to work shifts and flexible weekends, including special holidays.
- Ability to travel abroad for business trips.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting.
