Senior Performance Consulting Manager (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to support revenue growth for large key accounts through data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and advertising performance, delivering strategic insights for business decisions.
• Validate, organize, and maintain advertising data and customized reports with high accuracy.
• Lead external presentations and client communications, translating data insights into clear recommendations.
• Conduct independent analysis and develop presentation materials and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Help standardize consulting best practices and improve scalable, AI-supported workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, research, consulting, or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, market trends, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Excel functions, BI tools, or similar analysis tools.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with media platforms, media agencies, or consulting.
• Knowledge of digital media KPIs, campaign measurement, and operational workflows.
• Experience designing analysis frameworks or improving workflows with AI.
