What you will do

• Design and deploy Generative AI solutions to automate repetitive work and increase efficiency across engineering and compliance teams.
• Modernize the internal tech stack by fine-tuning LLMs with data flywheels and integrating MCP servers.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities, balancing scalability, cost, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA specialists, and regulatory experts to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Optimize AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway) and data analytics pipelines (Glue, Athena) for security and cost-effectiveness.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, iterating rapidly based on feedback and production results.

Requirements

• Proficiency in software engineering with a proven track record of developing and deploying generative AI solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET and AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway).
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Glue and Athena, and AI frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, model fine-tuning, and the construction of data flywheels.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related science field.
• Strong product sense and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in frontend development using React and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JAMA or similar requirements management tools.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and medical device testing or AI-hardware integration.
