What you will do

• Design and implement robust, testable, high-performance systems in Rust.
• Optimize existing software architectures for speed and efficiency.
• Participate in all development lifecycle phases, including debugging and quality elevation.
• Integrate with third-party devices, data providers, and AI tools.
• Build and operate distributed systems at scale with Kubernetes and cloud-native tech.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and secure coding practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing backend systems in fast-paced, high-performance teams
• 3+ years with relational databases like Postgres
• 3+ years with NoSQL like Elasticsearch
• 3+ years in microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of Rust
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin, Go, or Python in production
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform
• Building information security-focused products
