What you will do

• Lead research on real-time video generation, streaming, editing, and agentic platform infrastructure.
• Design and prototype novel algorithms for high-fidelity video synthesis and interactive experiences.
• Work on diffusion model distillation and the development of diffusion-based world models.
• Train and fine-tune autoregressive and diffusion models with a strict focus on real-time performance.
• Curate specialized datasets for camera and human motion.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition research advancements into production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real-time video generation, deep learning, or multimodal systems.
• Demonstrated impact as a first author in top-tier conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, SIGGRAPH).
• Deep expertise in computer vision, video synthesis, and generative models.
• Hands-on experience with diffusion model distillation and autoregressive model training.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based at the Palo Alto HQ.
