Location: Remote (US); Bellevue, Washington, United States or San Jose, California, United States. Hybrid working environment with some in-office expectations.

Salary: $160,000-$215,000

What you will do

• Design and build AI agent systems integrating with tools, data sources, and multi-cloud operations.
• Develop backend services, APIs, orchestration layers, and developer-facing surfaces like SDKs and tooling.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Make foundational design decisions on data models, API contracts, service boundaries, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate across the stack in a high-ownership team to deliver scalable, robust AI solutions.
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality deliverables for customer success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in software development.
• 3+ years building and operating cloud-native, fault-tolerant, highly scalable architectures with at least one hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Solid programming experience in server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Golang, Rust); front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs/microservices, web frameworks, databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of security best practices (OAuth, SSO, encryption, compliance).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM integration, AI agent frameworks, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic design patterns, developer tools, CLI tooling.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, IaC.
• Enterprise cloud infrastructure, data management, storage systems.
• Fast-paced environment building new systems end-to-end.
