CNO Developer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Prototype, develop, test, and maintain CNO capabilities for offensive cyber operations.
• Reverse engineer hardware components, software applications, and operating systems.
• Develop proof-of-concept code, prototypes, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Document research findings and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Contribute to offensive cyber tool development and apply advanced CNO techniques.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders on classified, mission-critical projects.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly required.
• Must reside in the United States at the time of application.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or four years of directly related experience.
• Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio or .NET and UNIX applications using makefiles or comparable build environments.
• Programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python.
• Experience developing for mission-applicable platforms.

Nice to have

• Strong Python, C/C++, Assembly, Bash, or PowerShell skills.
• Knowledge of operating system internals, encryption protocols, defense evasion, network interception, sockets, DEP, and ASLR.
• Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, OllyDbg, disassemblers, and debuggers.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Git, and configuration management.
