At RedCore, we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team 🚀
We’re searching for someone who is ready to grow with us and help find the best specialists for our projects.

What’s important:

2+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher;
Experience working with non-technical roles;
Understanding of candidate sourcing principles and the recruitment process;
Awareness of labor market trends;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, within a large team, and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and good time management;
Results-driven mindset and willingness to learn;
Proficiency in Ukrainian, English level B1+;

Nice to have:

Experience sourcing for traffic-related roles (Media Buyer, Affiliate Manager, PPC Specialist, SMM Manager, etc.);
