What you will do

• Lead quality engineering across the Back Office Domain for Compliance and Finance teams.
• Provide hands-on technical contribution for approximately 50% of the time.
• Own domain-level QA consistency and the adoption of quality standards.
• Develop and manage the testing strategy and technical risk visibility.
• Support internal platforms focused on automation, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Tech Lead or Lead Automation Engineer.
• Proficiency in FullStack QA methodologies.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment.
