What you will do

• Develop study concepts, designs, objectives, and eligibility criteria for oncology programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create Protocols, ICF documents, and CRF designs.
• Manage clinical data reviews and oversee CROs to ensure successful study execution.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, consortiums, and clinical sites.
• Provide scientific input for trial implementation and the registration of products.
• Lead and develop direct reports, including hiring and training talent.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, Pharm D, MS, RN preferred).
• 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience in oncology clinical trials.
• Deep expertise in oncology molecular diagnostics or early cancer detection.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Experience managing direct reports and leading clinical research plans.
• Must be based in the USA.
