What you will do
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives aligned with business and hiring goals to attract top talent.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Tiktok through compelling content and visuals.
- Plan and implement internal communication strategies via email, newsletters, and intranet portals for regional teams.
- Organize internal events, celebrations, and culture-building activities to drive employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Leadership to optimize the candidate experience and ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Track and optimize performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Press & Communications, HR, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, or Employee Engagement roles.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and content planning.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Basic skills in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
