TL;DR
Internal Communications Specialist (Employer Branding): Developing internal communication content, employer branding campaigns, and employee engagement programs in Hanoi with an accent on multi-channel storytelling, event coordination, and employee experience. Focus on managing campaigns and events end to end, coordinating vendors and budgets, using feedback and data to improve programs, and applying AI tools to increase productivity.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; onsite
Salary: Up to 20,000,000 VND per month

What you will do
- Develop communication plans and create articles, newsletters, emails, visuals, videos, and other materials for internal channels.
- Communicate company policies, culture, values, and workplace stories clearly and consistently.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on employer branding campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and the careers website.
- Improve onboarding, recognition, long-service gifts, policy communications, and other employee touchpoints.
- Plan and coordinate company trips, year-end parties, anniversaries, and monthly engagement activities, including concepts, scripts, timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics.
- Collect feedback, evaluate communication and event effectiveness, and recommend improvements while resolving unexpected issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or employee experience.
- Experience developing multi-channel content and independently managing events from concept through execution and evaluation.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong conceptual thinking, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and feedback analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic video-editing tools; ability to apply AI tools to improve productivity.
