What you will do

• Lead software quality engineering activities within a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• Define test strategies and scope by reviewing product requirements and engineering specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated tests for web, API, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to test engineers.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to resolve identified issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong experience in Agile (Scrum or SAFe) and familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with test automation, scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or Ruby), and SQL.
• Must be based in Germany
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Nice to have

• Experience with Polarion or Katalon tools.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and cGxP.
