What you will do

• Assess and improve security of OT and IACS environments.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security audits.
• Provide guidance on secure product development and lifecycle practices.
• Support clients in implementing cybersecurity standards and best practices like IEC 62443.
• Prepare security documentation and deliver consultancy reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in industrial organizations within cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Automation, or related field.
• Technical experience with IEC 62443, secure product development, embedded/IoT security, security controls, industrial protocols, threat modeling, risk assessment, and security documentation.
• Fluent English (Finnish is a big plus).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, COBIT, NIST SP 800-53.
• Understanding of IACS components, SCADA concepts, Defense-in-Depth strategies.
• Experience with Security Development Lifecycle (SDL).
• Programming skills for automation or security tasks.
• Certifications: CISSP, CEH, SSCP, GICSP, GRID, IEC 62443.
