What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of podcast episode management from inception to final distribution.
• Manage guest outreach, answer inquiries, and secure participation for shows.
• Coordinate scheduling and create preparation materials and questions for guests and hosts.
• Collaborate with content writers, editors, video producers, and graphic designers to create episode collateral.
• Upload and distribute episodes to hosting platforms such as Apple and Spotify, as well as client websites.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working at an agency or media production company.
• Must be located in Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela).
• Exceptional communication skills for daily email interaction with international guests and clients.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Passion for the technology sector.
