What you will do

• Architect tooling to enable product squads to deploy independently, transitioning core services to a self-service asynchronous release model.
• Redesign global networking architecture into a decoupled, multi-layered security perimeter using Service Mesh or API Gateway isolation.
• Deliver "Delivery-as-a-Product" capabilities, including automated Canary and Blue-Green deployments with health-check gates.
• Build a telemetry "Golden Signals" pipeline using OpenTelemetry to ensure all new services are observability-ready with SLO dashboards.
• Integrate AI-assisted development workflows, such as AI-driven IaC generation and LLM-based troubleshooting assistants.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
• Mastery of AWS Well-Architected Framework and designing highly available, self-healing cloud systems.
• Expert proficiency in Linux administration and scripting using Bash and Python.
• Deep experience managing 100% of cloud infrastructure via Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Proven ability to optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and implement zero-downtime deployment patterns.
• Experience building observability pipelines with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to define SLOs/SLIs.
