What you will do
- Architect tooling to enable product squads to deploy independently, transitioning core services to a self-service asynchronous release model.
- Redesign global networking architecture into a decoupled, multi-layered security perimeter using Service Mesh or API Gateway isolation.
- Deliver "Delivery-as-a-Product" capabilities, including automated Canary and Blue-Green deployments with health-check gates.
- Build a telemetry "Golden Signals" pipeline using OpenTelemetry to ensure all new services are observability-ready with SLO dashboards.
- Integrate AI-assisted development workflows, such as AI-driven IaC generation and LLM-based troubleshooting assistants.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
- Mastery of AWS Well-Architected Framework and designing highly available, self-healing cloud systems.
- Expert proficiency in Linux administration and scripting using Bash and Python.
- Deep experience managing 100% of cloud infrastructure via Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Proven ability to optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and implement zero-downtime deployment patterns.
- Experience building observability pipelines with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to define SLOs/SLIs.
