What you will do
- Lead the Client Support team to ensure effective and timely resolution of client queries and incidents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clearing members, providing technical support throughout the post-trading lifecycle.
- Monitor service levels and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Risk, IT, and Product teams to resolve complex issues.
- Analyze client feedback and operational data to identify trends, risks, and service opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in post-trading, clearing, or client support within a financial institution.
- Solid understanding of post-trading processes and their operational impact.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
