hirify.global Clearing is a multi-asset-class clearing house that provides risk management capabilities for hirify.global’s cash, financial and commodity derivatives markets.

What you will do

  • Lead the Client Support team to ensure effective and timely resolution of client queries and incidents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clearing members, providing technical support throughout the post-trading lifecycle.
  • Monitor service levels and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Risk, IT, and Product teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Analyze client feedback and operational data to identify trends, risks, and service opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in post-trading, clearing, or client support within a financial institution.
  • Solid understanding of post-trading processes and their operational impact.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
