What you will do
- Drive customer adoption and consumption of the observability platform through value-based activities.
- Lead personalized training sessions and create technical enablement resources including documentation and videos.
- Design and execute Mutual Activity Plans tied to specific value outcomes and project milestones.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with enterprise stakeholders and advocate for their needs internally.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and support business case development with ROI evidence.
- Quantify the impact of solutions through regular reports and dashboards for technical decision-makers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Strong technical expertise in Kubernetes and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management within the SaaS sector.
- Hands-on experience with a programming language (Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node, Python) or SQL scripting.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with customer success and sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
- Relevant Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
