▸ In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
▸ Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC)
▸ Solid understanding of Glide API and Web Services
▸ Agile experience and excellent problem-solving abilities
