What you will do

• Manage complex employee relations (ER) cases end-to-end with proper documentation.
• Coach frontline leaders through real performance conversations and people management.
• Drive high-volume recruitment and onboarding cycles to ensure a seamless new-starter experience.
• Integrate AI tools into the People & Culture workflow to analyze data faster and draft smarter.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or fulfilment.
• Deep practical knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and Award interpretation.
• Ability to handle tough ER conversations and coach leaders effectively.
• Practical curiosity and mindset to adopt AI tools in HR operations.
• Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
