What you will do

• Automate workflows and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and minimize manual effort.
• Develop automated testing frameworks to ensure reliable deployments at scale.
• Enhance security posture through the implementation of controls, audits, and remediations.
• Lead client integrations for smooth deployments into healthcare IT environments.
• Evaluate and implement new infrastructure tools and share best practices across the team.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the DevOps team.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
• Expertise with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI) and observability systems (DataDog, OpenTelemetry).
• Practical experience using AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code in daily development.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
• Expertise with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Passion for the intersection of AI and healthcare engineering.
