Location: Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship and be based in the New York City, Los Angeles, or San Francisco metro areas. Hybrid: 2 days per week in office.
Salary: $165,000 – $220,000

What you will do
- Automate workflows and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and minimize manual effort.
- Develop automated testing frameworks to ensure reliable deployments at scale.
- Enhance security posture through the implementation of controls, audits, and remediations.
- Lead client integrations for smooth deployments into healthcare IT environments.
- Evaluate and implement new infrastructure tools and share best practices across the team.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the DevOps team.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience/certifications.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
- Expertise with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI) and observability systems (DataDog, OpenTelemetry).
- Practical experience using AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code in daily development.
Nice to have
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
- Expertise with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Passion for the intersection of AI and healthcare engineering.
