What you will do

  • Build and launch high-conversion landing pages in WordPress using Elementor Pro based on PPC briefs.
  • Configure Elementor Forms with CRM integrations, conditional logic, and email notifications.
  • Install and verify tracking scripts including Google Ads conversion tags, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and CallRail.
  • Perform thorough pre-launch QA for mobile responsiveness, page speed, and form functionality.
  • Collaborate with the PPC team on A/B testing variations and CRO recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot caching conflicts, form submission issues, and script misfires.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building WordPress landing pages from scratch (not just editing themes).
  • High proficiency in Elementor Pro, including widgets, templates, and global settings.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking script placement, validation, and debugging.
  • Experience with WordPress caching plugins like WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, or W3 Total Cache.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern timezone.
  • Strong QA instincts to identify and resolve layout or functional issues before launch.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working alongside a PPC or paid media team.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other dedicated landing page builders.
  • Knowledge of CRO principles regarding layout, CTAs, and trust signals.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizations beyond Elementor's native capabilities.
