What you will do

• Implement, manage, and optimize infrastructure across multiple AWS environments using IaC.
• Ensure security adherence and maintain at least a 90% SLA Security Score based on NIST 800-53 and CIS benchmarks.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment performance and reliability.
• Lead incident response and troubleshoot production issues to ensure rapid resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, security controls, and infrastructure standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, and Data Science.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or Security Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS environments and AWS security services.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or CDK.
• Strong understanding of NIST 800-53 Rev 5 and CIS AWS Foundations benchmarks.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK, or Datadog.
• Solid written and verbal English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale, multi-environment AWS deployments.
• Knowledge of compliance audits and reporting standards.
• Background in network engineering or SDLC process optimization.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Docker, and EKS/ECS.
