What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve technical platform issues efficiently to ensure timely client support.
• Proactively contact clients to identify potential issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the support team to share insights and strategies for rapid issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve support operations and tools.
• Stay current with product updates and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical support tools.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Chamblee, GA.
