TL;DR

SEO Executive (iGaming): Driving organic growth and visibility for Dutch-speaking markets through content, technical SEO, and on-page optimization with an accent on performance analysis and acquisition KPIs. Focus on conducting audits, executing technical fixes, and implementing SEO initiatives to increase player acquisition in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Location: Hybrid (Malta). Must be based in Malta.

What you will do

  • Own and drive SEO performance aligned with commercial and acquisition KPIs for Dutch-speaking markets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance, visibility, and market trends.
  • Conduct technical, content, and on-page SEO audits to identify and prioritize improvements.
  • Execute SEO initiatives across content optimization, internal linking, and technical fixes.
  • Collaborate with SEO Leads and local stakeholders to deliver shared objectives.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and AI-driven search features.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken).
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of SEO principles (technical, content, and on-page).
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on SEO.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an SEO Executive or similar role.
  • Exposure to international or multi-market SEO.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content or SEO workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with product, UX, or development teams.
