What you will do

• Lead the global IT infrastructure architecture team across all technical and managerial aspects.
• Design and manage hybrid cloud environments (Azure) and on-premises hardware, including servers, firewalls, and routers.
• Direct the integration of new companies into the global domain and lead migrations from hybrid to full cloud domains.
• Define ITIL processes for infrastructure service and support for approximately 1,000 users.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, license negotiations, and invoicing.
• Take full responsibility for IT security, covering prediction, prevention, detection, and recovery processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Engineer in systems and infrastructure.
• Over 5 years of experience in a management or team lead position within an infrastructure team.
• 5+ years of proficiency with Azure IaaS & PaaS (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Azure Firewall).
• Deep knowledge of on-prem hardware, network security, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
• Certifications: AZ-305, SC-100, or TOGAF.
• Experience with other hyperscalers like AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile (CSM) methodologies.
