What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of hirify.global.com across key product areas.
• Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines (AEO), focusing on entity clarity and structured content.
• Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and specialized SEO platforms.
• Evaluate and improve visibility in AI-generated results and summaries (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Experiment with AI tools to analyze content gaps and improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop and present a capstone project evaluating organic search and AI-driven discovery performance.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program during the 12-week internship.

Nice to have

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and a strong interest in LLMs and search evolution.
• Familiarity with GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, or BrightEdge.
• Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT) for research or content support.
• Proficiency with WordPress or basic web management.
