TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. EU visa sponsorship and relocation bonus available.

What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management using Rippling.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Luxembourg labour law and employment regulations.
  • Coordinate work permit and visa processes for new hires with external advisors.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Luxembourg office, including vendor relationships and facility management.
  • Support talent acquisition coordination and collaborate with the CCO on global People Team initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR or people operations, preferably within a startup or scale-up.
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Professional-level English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage HR processes independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting immigration and work permit processes in Luxembourg.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Recruitee or Tellent.
  • Background in the technology, aerospace, or deep-tech sectors.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple European office locations.
