What you will do

• Monitor key operational metrics, identify root causes, and drive timely interventions.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable execution plans and ensure on-ground follow-through.
• Lead zone-level initiatives to improve demand, supply reliability, and operational performance.
• Drive on-ground engagement with drivers, customers, and merchants to resolve operational gaps.
• Manage and improve POI mapping, characteristics, and demand patterns to enhance user experience.
• Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, or field operations roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling on-ground operational challenges.
• Comfortable with frequent fieldwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to drive improvements.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
