TL;DR
Junior Affiliate Manager (Fintech): Onboarding and supporting CPA affiliates to drive the growth and performance of the CPA network with an accent on partner relationship management and traffic analysis. Focus on optimizing affiliate activity, monitoring traffic quality, and collaborating with internal teams to scale the network.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Remote). Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support provided.

What you will do
- Onboard new affiliates and guide them through the setup process.
- Provide day-to-day support and act as the primary point of contact for existing CPA partners.
- Analyze affiliate performance and implement optimization strategies to grow the network.
- Monitor key metrics including traffic quality, conversion volume, and fraud rates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and back-office teams to support initiatives.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of affiliate traffic sources, channels, and payment models (CPA, CPL).
- Fundamental understanding of the Forex product.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Russian, Spanish, or Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Availability to cover evening shifts (from 4:00 PM Cyprus time onwards).
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple partners independently.
