What you will do

• Own end-to-end business performance of the zone, including growth, revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Define and execute the Zone Strategy, tailoring regional priorities to local market dynamics.
• Drive operational excellence across user growth, merchant acquisition, and general operations.
• Act as the primary integrator between cross-functional teams, regional offices, and HQ stakeholders.
• Expand ecosystem partnerships with government bodies, merchants, and local communities.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team to ensure execution discipline and ownership.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business, operations, or general management with proven P&L ownership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and fast execution.
• Proven track record of driving results in high-growth or complex environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Bandung.
