What you will do

• Develop, strategize, and facilitate the execution of risk management programs and initiatives.
• Review and enhance Risk Management policies and procedures.
• Ensure fulfillment of risk management regulatory requirements.
• Monitor risk management implementation and provide advisory to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate across the three lines of defense to keep abreast of key risk matters and promote risk awareness.
• Promote risk culture through targeted training and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management within bank or non-bank financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience in BI and/or OJK regulatory requirements fulfillment.
• Deep understanding of payment and lending business models, operations, risks, and controls.
• Good proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability in proactive stakeholder management and assertive communication.

Nice to have

• Experience as an auditor or consultant at a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Professional certifications such as FRM or CIA.
