What you will do

• Develop and manage UGC creator partnerships, from sourcing to relationship maintenance.
• Write performance-driven creative briefs and identify relevant creators for target audiences.
• Review, edit, and optimize UGC content to create high-performing ads with strong hooks.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and performance targets.
• Continuously test and iterate creatives based on data-driven insights and trends.
• Explore and implement AI tools and workflows to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, UGC, or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects.
• Strong performance marketing mindset with the ability to craft engaging hooks.
• Ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
