What you will do
- Coach business leaders to influence deliberate decisions and enhance leadership capability across the organization.
- Manage complex people matters including underperformance, employee disputes, and visa requirements across multiple markets.
- Strengthen employee relations by ensuring a compliant approach anchored in Philippine labor laws.
- Utilize people metrics to inform planning, performance management, compensation, and engagement strategies.
- Iterate on People Systems and Processes to make them leaner, clearer, and more scalable.
- Own the delivery of key people programs, including performance and remuneration cycles and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR Manager or People Business Partner role.
- Background in high-performance environments such as tech, high-growth startups, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of PH employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience managing direct reports and supporting people leaders across various functions.
- Proficiency in tracking and interpreting people metrics to drive outcomes.
- Proven project management skills across the employee lifecycle.
