IT Technician (Fintech)

TL;DR

IT Technician (Fintech): Providing end-user IT support and managing corporate infrastructure for a digital asset securities firm with an accent on hardware/software deployment and Azure administration. Location: Hybrid. Must be resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between offices in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich.

What you will do

• Deploy and manage end-user hardware and software using standard installation tools.
• Manage the full equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Identify, categorize, and resolve IT incidents and requests for end-users.
• Administer and maintain corporate applications and IT infrastructure, including local networks and devices.
• Manage user access rights across corporate systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar IT support functions.
• Proven experience administrating Linux, Mac, and Windows workstations.
• Experience with Azure administration, including Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, and Windows Defender.
• Fluent English and good knowledge of French.
• Resident in Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or development experience with Salesforce.
• Python scripting skills.
• Knowledge of the Go programming language.
