What you will do
- Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support for cloud systems, software, and hardware across APAC offices and retail stores.
- Own end-to-end P1/P2 incident management, driving escalatis and delivering post-incident reports.
- Deploy and support IT infrastructure, AV, and network solutis for new office and retail store openings.
- Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, from purchasing and setup to budget alignment with Finance.
- Oversee third-party service providers, mitoring SLAs and driving ctinuous service improvements.
- Execute and enforce IT security policies, system administrati procedures, and business ctinuity plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of hands- experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles (Retail IT experience preferred).
- Proficiency with Apple products and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Solid experience in network administrati and troubleshooting.
