Associate Quality Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans based on use cases and customer requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Python, or equivalent tools.
• Execute manual tests and document defects with detailed diagnostic information.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers in an Agile/Sprint environment.
• Set up and maintain test environments and automation frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools to improve test case generation and testing efficiency.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of QA/testing experience (including internships).
• Exposure to automation tools, scripting, and frameworks (Python, Selenium, or equivalent).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Experience testing web-based solutions (frontend and backend).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and CI/CD practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, web services, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and defect tracking tools (JIRA, QTest).
• Exposure to enterprise or SaaS applications and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
