Junior Webmaster / Graphic Artist

What you will do

• Design, create, edit, and reproduce graphics and artwork aligned with organizational requirements and branding standards.
• Develop graphic and web design products using Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Suite, and media tools.
• Collaborate with content owners, departments, and stakeholders to develop visual solutions for publications, presentations, and web content.
• Produce final publication-ready graphics for digital and print use, including presentations, web pages, and internal communications.
• Perform basic website maintenance and updates, including minor content changes and administrative support for web platforms.
• Ensure all graphics and web content comply with Section 508 accessibility standards and DoD EIT requirements.
• Maintain organization and version control of graphic and media assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, web design, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver or equivalent) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience creating graphics for web, print, and presentations, plus basic web content and page updates.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic level) and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, ability to meet deadlines, and work with multiple stakeholders.
