What you will do

• Create, manage, and operate overall test strategies, plans, and execution for features and teams.
• Collaborate with feature teams to define quality goals and advocate for product quality across all development phases.
• Evaluate testing efficiency and increase coverage using technology, data, and automation.
• Monitor and communicate product quality status to stakeholders and drive resolution of critical issues.
• Adopt and advocate for AI-assisted quality practices to improve test coverage and risk identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of software industry experience (or Master's degree with 2+ years).
• Must be based in the United States (Redmond, WA).

Nice to have

• 4 years of experience in QA or software testing specifically within the gaming industry.
• Proven ability to own quality for complex features through at least one full ship cycle.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations based on player telemetry.
• Background in authoring tests or working with test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in using AI to create tooling and improve operational efficiency.
• Passion for Minecraft.
