What you will do
- Provide advanced technical expertise and consultative guidance to help customers maximize ROI from the Cloud SIEM platform.
- Develop and track customized success plans to ensure alignment with business outcomes and technology adoption.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly health checks to engage with executives and technical practitioners.
- Monitor customer KPIs and usage patterns to proactively identify and mitigate churn or adoption risks.
- Collaborate with account teams to develop growth strategies and feed customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Lead advanced training sessions on platform features, specialized for information security and DevSecOps needs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably with a background in DevOps Engineering or SOC analysis.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks and the secure DevOps Lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage relationships across all levels, from technical practitioners to CEOs.
- Professional and clear communication skills for executive meetings and technical workshops.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively seek support in uncertain environments.
- Location: Must be based in San José, Costa Rica
Nice to have
- Proficiency in monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, Elastic, New Relic, or .
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
- Expertise in Kubernetes (including Helm) and data analytics.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry (Otel), Prometheus, and Falco.
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
